Volksoper is Vienna’s famous theater, playing opera, operetta, ballet and musical performances. The staff includes over 150 singers, 95 chamber musicians, 64 choir members and over 100 dancers. The auditorium accommodates 1337 people, about 300 performances of 30 plays are on stage between September and June each year.
