+ Location, access, and staff and reservation online. I was moved to a suite because they ran out of singles and that was great.
- The steps in rooms are very invisible and we fell several times.

The hotel staff amde it a lot easier. They were very accomodating, spoke good English and the location was great. We found good restaurants and I walked to the museum district. The cab came within minutes.
