Pension Excellence is situated along a well-known shopping street called Alserstraße in a recently refurbished "Jugendstilhaus" building. The centre of the city and several sights along the famous avenue Ringstraße are within walking distance (5 minutes). Public transport stops are right in front our house (tram and bus lines 43, 44, 5, 33, 13A) and at the Ringstraße (subway line 2).

All 27 key card systemised rooms are decorated with elegant cherry-wood furniture and complete with bathroom (shower and toilet), cable-TV and radio, direct-dial-telephone with modem-connection-box, minibar, hairdryer and room safe. There is a possiblity of Internet surfing (free of charge) in the air-conditioned lobby and there is a bar area (which is air-conditioned as well) 24 hours a day. WiFi (in the rooms and in the public areas) is available for a surcharge of 4 Euro/hour.

Your reservation will be cancelled automatically and free of charge if you don’t arrive to the hotel before 6 p.m. (local time: Greenwich +1). If you can only arrive later than 6 p.m. please notify the hotel directly on the day of your arrival - by telephone or fax - of your estimated time of arrival.
