+	Location, access, and staff and reservation online. I was moved to a suite because they ran out of singles and that was great.
-	The steps in rooms are very invisible and we fell several times.

+	24-hr reception and fairly central location.
-	Garage's lanes are too narrow and therefore very difficult to navigate around corners.Computers for the use of guests are old and keyboard letters in one case do not correspond to typed letter. Staff informed us that they had asked for replacement without any result.
