+	Helpfulness of managers and service personal was really outstanding.
-	My car (with invalidity sign ctearly visible) was towed away from a place which was not indicated as forbidden for parking and that cost me over € 200 (199 penalty and 17.10 taxi fee) which is hugely over my affordable expenditures.

+	The manager was kind enough to let me stay for a couple more hours as m flight was not till late in the evening. Both young male receptionists are very helpful in giving informations how to go about the city. Free Internet access is just wonderful.

+	Room, posibility to open windows, which were also very good not to hear noice form the street

+	The attitude of the receptionist, unluckily I can't remember his name. Great thanks for his kindness!
-	One evening-night tha electrocity on the floor had gone, and because my daughter had enjured her knees and we called a doctor it was and sad and funny to meet him in the dark room, luckily he had a luntern with him.

+	No Dining but the included continental breakfast was very extensive and much appreciated

+	The location, the proximity to the metro station and the great service.
-	No English TV channels, except for CNN, another non-news channel would be great.

+	The Staff went out of their way to please me and were extremely helpful. They made my stay in Vienna even more enjoyable!!
