+	Close to the U-Bahn, breakfast included great, nice decorations in the room. Noise from the tram and cars not perceptible.
-	I found a small dead spider near my pillow. The door from the shower wouldn't close

+	Size and comfort of room. The price was good for time of year
-	Poor coffee at breakfast I booked 5 nights but had to leave after 3. I was charged for the two unused nights.

+	Position-right in City Centre-ability to park car on street although it was Christmas.
-	A lot of doors to open with luggage.

+	Located in the downtown, close to touristic locations and multiple restaurants in the proximity of the hotel staying open until at late at night.
-	Although the interiors and the rooms of the hotel looked modern and renovated there were still parts of the hotel (corridors, staircase, elevator) that wouldn't fit for a 4 star hotel
