+	The room was very good and comfortable. The location of the hotel is outstandig as it is very easy to find by car and has good acsess with public transport as well.
-	In spite of the fact that the room was prepaid through Viena Hotel Start, the receptionist asked for my credit card for controll. And she booked 150 Euros as deposit on my credit without informing me about the deduction! In my opinion this procedure is absolutely not fair. If the hotel needs deposit it should be told the guest in advance or at the latest at the check in. Anyway why do the guest have to give deposit if the room is prepaid and the hotel has all the relevant data (credit card number, identity, etc) of the guest? This procedure was offending and degrading.
