+	The Hotel was more than I expected! The staff are very friendly. I feel like private guest - every morning the owner of the hotel serve me at breakfast coffe and milk and new-baked bread! The location is very good - near to U3 station (Zieglergasse) and U6 (Burggasse-Stadthalle). The furniture is new, the windows are new too and isolate the noise of the street very well.

+	The friendly staff.
-	The church bell right next to the hotel that would wake you up even if you were on pills.

+	The owner was above and beyond in service everything before him pales in compairison and his ability to give directions and assist and answer all mine and son's questions was a warm and most appreciated welcome to Vienna. I travel a lot up to three weeks a month and have yet to find any hotel staff as helpful and willing to take the time and energy to make sure I feel safe comfortable and secure in my travels in a new city!!!
-	Not a single thing I left the owner a large tip!! I did not experience one negative thing and if I had I am sure it would have been taken care of as soon as I mentioned it to the staff !
