+ The hotel is close to all the public transportation (metro, tram). This is a great advantage for the tourists who want to visit the city centre just in a few minutes.
- The breakfast could include a wider variety of foods (croissants, cakes, omelettes, sausages etc).

+ Wonderful staff, perfect location, free breakfast.
- The door from the bathroom onto the balcony was falling off its top hinge, same with one of the windows. We couldn't use them despite wanting to air out the room.

+ Everything was really great and am very happy I chose this hotel. The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and clean and the location of the hotel was also great. It's a 10 minute walk through the city park to the main square!

+ Excellent value for money, perfect location, 10 min. walk from Stephans Square. Very friendly staff. No frills but decent place to stay if you are in a city like Vienna, where you most probably only use the room for sleeping.
