+	The reception personnel (they are excellent, very professionist and helpful) The inner yard The location
-	The cleaning staff (ex.: entered the room in our absence to close the scuttle, but returned later to ask us if we want the towels to be changed or the garbage to be taken! )

+	location - near the center and Prater
-	no A/C in the room, very noisy from the busy main road. Need to have close windows all the time. NO A/C in the toilet and bathroom.

+	Room comfortable and clean, staff friendly, hotel very close to U1 underground line.
-	Public areas of hotel could do with refurbishment - particularly lift and stairways

-	the size of the room and the proximity to the train tracks. No control of heat. the room was way too hot.

-	1.The furniture of the room are old and worn out. I think they need replacement and upgrading. 2. I think that the plastic fplants in the starecase might be replaced by a piece of sculpture of a contemporary Viennese artist. 3. The operation of a small coffee- bar in the ground floor (I think there is a suitable space) would be appreciated by your guests.
