+	Night Staff, Alexander, very nice and friendly. Breakfast Waitress warm and friendly.
-	Hard Bed and Overcooked Eggs Poor Directional Help, Crummy Keyboard on Internet made it almost impossible to use. Scrap it and get a real keyboard.

+	location, very practical with the metro station next to it and not too far from the center.
-	small room, internet too complicated and no wireless !

+	The breakfast buffet was very good and served in a pleasant room.
-	The hotel was convenient to the train station, but quite remote from the main tourist attractions.

+	the stuf are greatand the room are fine i want to point of one rechapcion juy that work on the 21/10 on the mornig sheep he give us a treetment and juydnes that i wold like to send him a thankness from our heart from me and my wife.
-	the clening of the seet of the bed it has to be changing every day but thay didnot do it.

+	Nagyon jó helyen van a belvároshoz közel. Minden nagyon hamar elérhető
-	A garázs életveszélyes, csak rutinos vezetőknek.

+	Segítőkész személyzet, reggeli ellátás nagyon jó.
-	Leterhelték a számlámat 1 napi díjjal és nem tudták megmondani a telefonos ügyfélszolgálaton pontosan mikor kapom vissza annak ellenére hogy kint Bécsben pontosan rendeztem a számlámat.

+	elhelyezkedés, tisztaság
-	a fizetős TV nagyon könnyen , akár véletlenül is aktiválható a távirányitóval, meg is jártuk, 13 Eurót kellett pluszban fizetni egy véletlen gombnyomás miatt. Ez nagyon elrontotta a kedvünket a távozáskor.

+	Rendkívül közel volt a Raimund Theater. Az utca csendes és békés volt annak ellenére, hogy a belvárosban található. Nagyon hangulatos éttermeket találtunk a közelben.
-	Parkolni nem könnyű és nem is olcsó a környéken. A hotel parkolójában 15 €/nap áron lehet parkolni, utcán autómatából 8-22 között 1,7 €/óra, de max. 2 óra.

-	- a hotel eléggé lelakott, ez nem volt 2002-ben felújítva, max. kifestve... - a parkolás nem ingyenes - nem tudom, mitől 4* -os, ez számomra inkább 3*.... - 3*-hoz képest viszont drága - a szobában sok minden nem vagy rosszul működött (kiégett izzók, alig folyik a víz a csapból, ...) - a takarítás is kimerült az ágy megigazításában...

+	Nagyon szép és kényelmes volt a szoba, és nagyon közel volt az úticélomhoz, a Raimund Theaterhez (Vámpírok bálja).
-	Miután hazajöttem, még sokáig nem használhattam fel az adott összeget a bankszámlámon, amit biztonságból zárolt a hotel. (sőt még mindig zárolva van)
